Data Treatment Agreement

This agreement explains how Beaver collects, uses, and shares the information you submit through the Try Now form. By checking the acknowledgment box on that form, you consent to the practices outlined below.

1. Purpose of Processing

We process your name, email address, and company or institution details so we can:

• Provision and administer your Beaver trial license.
• Analyze adoption trends and understand how our product is being used.
• Track which organizations are evaluating Beaver to inform product decisions and outreach.

2. Insights and Usage Tracking

We may combine your submission with aggregated product telemetry to generate internal insights about feature usage, adoption by market segment, and onboarding effectiveness. These insights help us improve Beaver and prioritize new capabilities.

3. Public Recognition and Marketing

By agreeing to this policy, you permit Beaver to reference your name, company, and general use case in external communications, including:

• Displaying your organization in a public clients or community section on our website.
• Creating case studies, blog posts, or social media updates that mention your adoption of Beaver.
• Highlighting real-world usage examples in conference talks or marketing materials.

We will not disclose confidential project details, but we may publicly acknowledge that you or your organization uses Beaver.

4. Communications

We may contact you about onboarding support, product updates, or opportunities to showcase your work. We won't send you marketing emails, this is strictly for support and engagement related to your use of Beaver.

5. Data Retention and Security

• We retain your submission for as long as needed to support your access and maintain accurate adoption records.
• Only authorized Beaver team members can access identifiable information, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
• Should our practices change materially, we will notify you using the email address provided.

6. Your Choices

You may request access, updates, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@beaver.com. If you withdraw consent, we may retain limited records to comply with legal obligations or document prior processing.
